wow~ almost half of year already~

last night
i found that......
i already halft year ++ doen't have a proper leg massage jor~ o.O

a kind of shock~
nowonder my health become so bad....

nivea cream~
didi brought me for nearly half year jor....
but i just use it once~(massage for didi~)
than just keep in my drawer till last night~
accually i got bring it out....
i wanna massage him d....
but no time or too tired or forgot jor.... =="

i got a long long time didn't exercise~
so my hand is not enough strenght to go through the full reflexology massage~
finally found theat my dad been given uncle a MASSAGE STICK~
hahahaha~
that why i able finish the whole massage lar~
