my babe's screen break few days ago...
so sad when i found out....
totally can't see anything jor~
T.T
so i call my friend....
the only ways is change the monitor screen...
damn....
i still at hometown lar~~
my heart just scream to back KL to repair my babe....

the following days I'm so suffer and kek sim~~ =.= as the alternative way i continue use my babe is like this~
plug in my old computer's monitor through the VGA port...
i already no idea what can i do... =.=

da dang~ i continue using my babe like this lo....

finally~

15oct... i back to KL....

and my babe finally repaired at 16oct...

and cost me RM790 to repair.... T.T

bleeding heart~

because my screen is LCD one...

build in inverter lagi....

haiz....

no matter how lo....

my babe is now ok jor~

that's the big big big good news lo~

still got two more days only~
i gonna go back to KL....
i actually duno whats my feeling....
happy to be back to KL?

~Eggless Chocolate Saute Pan Cake~

ehem~
today i bake the cake's name call Eggless Chocolate Saute Pan Cake
heard also know lar~
the ingredient sure got chocolate lo~ ^^

Prep: 15 mins (if u really prepared well as the TV show demo... all ingredients those need to shift, need to open the can.... all already prepared u can make it in 15mins)
Cooking: 45 mins (confirm it by using a wooden skewer, because it may be different depends on your what container you use, it take me 50mins)
Serves: 12-16

~the cake ingredient~
250g butter
400g skim condensed milk
3 cups (400g) self raising flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder (about 100g)
2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1 can (375ml) cola flavoured carbonated drink

~steps~
.. Preheat oven to 180°C for 15 minutes.
.. Beat butter until light and fluffy with electric mixer.
.. Add condensed milk and continue to beat for 2 minutes.
.. Sift flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and bicarb soda together.
.. Stir into butter mixture alternating with cola.
.. Pour batter into lightly greased Sauté Pan and bake for 40-45 minutes or until cake begins to leave sides of pan or a wooden skewer, when inserted, comes out clean.

~the ingredient for icing~

140g icing sugar

80g soft butter

20g cocoa powder, sifted

2 tablespoon milk

~steps~

.. With an electric mixer beat sugar, butter and cocoa together until light and fluffy.

.. Spread on to cooled cake.

i got a big big aeroplane by my friend.... (actually is my past time colleague)
they force me attend the gathering held at 11102009 (yup, that's today) one week before
and, at d late night of 10102009...
i got a sms.....
inform me that the gathering was cancelled
=.=
so really a bit lazy to go out jor.....
finally....
cancelled the second round gathering...
stay at home....
do cake~~

because my mom keep complaining about the self raising flour that i haven finish during i bake the cookies~
so...
today....
i spend my time on it lo....
